Christie is great. She is so helpful where it is needed. As a single woman I needed quite a bit of help to get my home "sellable" to the right buyer. She helped me every step of the way. Read that headline again…. Because it needs to be said twice. 😂 I am a disabled veteran and often find myself in difficult situations due to my expectations. I feel as though I communicate my expectations but haven’t fully. Then I find myself feeling offended someone hasn’t treated me properly and I voice my concerns. Many of those situations end with people responding harshly. They feel slighted that I am calling them out, and in the end we part ways both feeling confused. It’s miserable. The TLDR version: When I feel wronged I say something and it’s generally felt as aggressive. I expected far more than Christie could provide, and voiced that. She kindly apologized for my perspective and explained herself. Then offered the changes. In reality: The expectations hadn’t been communicated properly, nonetheless she was being held accountable to meet them by me. She then went above and beyond making my coming experience radically better than I could have imagined. She over communicated and exceeded my expectations. I then used her for purchasing my property right after selling my house! She rocks. Thanks for the great experience. Life is hard… often too hard.
