Our experience with Christie was wonderful. We had to put our house up when the market started to cool down and Christie hung in there with us until it was sold, and we got a good price for our home. She was always very communicative and proactive in reaching out to us with updates and ideas for selling our home. Also it was our first time selling a house and there were lots of little fixes that needed to happen with the home. She found local contractors and helped oversee some of these minor fixes in order to close the deal, as I was out of town. This was above the call of duty and greatly appreciated by our family. She was a true godsend to our family in a very difficult time and she got it done. She helped guide us through what was the smart thing to do at a few decision points in the process and helped us to realize what is reasonable and fair but also had our best interest in mind. I couldn't recommend Christie more she was a terrific agent for us.

Our family was looking for something specific and it took us 8 months to find a home. Christie spent nearly every Saturday with my family helping us find a location that met our needs. It may have taken us quite some time to find a home, but she never displayed any frustration and continued to encourage us. She was always available, any time I had a question she was a call or text away. Very responsive, would set up appointments to see homes just as fast as I could send them to her. I originally called Christie on one of her listings after the agent I had randomly called from the internet could not be bothered to even take my information. Christie acted as my boots on the ground since I was an out of state buyer. She never tried to push us into a bigger or more expensive house. She was so helpful and just a pleasure to work with. Wouldn't recommend anyone else. Not only would she meet us at different locations with us having a sporadic work schedule, she would also work well into the night to help us with anything possible. Very knowledgeable with the market and the surrounding areas. Christie and her tag team lender made this experience as a first time home buyer much smoother than I could have ever imagined. 10/10 will be reccomending.
