It was such a pleasure working with Christie in selling our family's townhome. Once we gave her the go-ahead to list our property, she had a photographer take photos and had the listing posted in 3 days. The listing was posted on a Friday and we had 19 showings on Saturday resulting in 3 offers by Sunday afternoon two of which were for more than asking price. Christie went beyond what she needed to do as a real estate agent. She frequently meet people at the property for showings,to let them in for inspections and repairs. Once we decided to replace HVAC unit, Christie contacted our vendor of choice and made the arrangements for the new system. She even offered to set up and host an open house for us. Christie made our selling experience the absolute best is could have possibly been. I definitely recommend Christie as your real estate agent and I would work with her again in a heart beat.
