She is very professional and pleasant- she communicated with every person involved in this transaction and set expectations immediately with them. Appraiser, other realtor, attorney and inspectors responded promptly to her because expectations were set. We always knew what was going on. I’ve personally sold 5 homes in the past- 4 with realtors and one by myself. This by far was the smoothest and most stress free transaction I’ve ever been involved with. The reason was Christie- she was in control of everything including everyone involved- all on my behalf. Mrs. Pistolis after a day of reviewing the area market of condo sales, gave a very good and surprise asking price for our condo. On the first day of communication to the public of the sale our condo Mrs. Pistolis was able to have pictures inside and outside taken by a professional photographer which were amazing. With in a days, we had three offers. Mrs.Pistolis kept us informed of all offers made for the condo.
