Mrs. Pistolis after a day of reviewing the area market of condo sales, gave a very good and surprise asking price for our condo. On the first day of communication to the public of the sale our condo Mrs. Pistolis was able to have pictures inside and outside taken by a professional photographer which were amazing. With in a days, we had three offers. Mrs.Pistolis kept us informed of all offers made for the condo. We learned of her honesty, knowing we could trust her opinion which showed us that she had an incredible knowledge of the general and local real estate of this area. She kept us updated constantly on all the processes of the selling of our of our home. For the home we bought, it was a very complicated transaction with multiple parcels, and we are not sure we would have gotten to the closing table if it wasn’t for Christie.
