Christie was an absolute pleasure to work with. Any questions I had if she didn’t know the answer she found the answer. With the sell of my home specifically she basically had to do her job as well as the buyers realtors job. She never complained instead check on my almost daily. She has become not only my go to for any real estate inquiries but also a cherished friend.

We had been looking at houses for 5 years and didn't see anything that really fit our needs. Christie asked us to give her a try, to find our dream home, so we did. After 3 months of viewing numerous homes and not happy with the price, size, or yardage. Christie sat us down and asked, not looking at the price, is there a home you've looked at that you really loved? My husband and I agreed on the same house, but was over our budget, but it had everything we wanted and more! The house needed some work and Christie negotiated with the other family's realtor; the house had been on the market for some time and they were willing to come down in price. Christie worked her magic, and everything worked out! We love our new home! Christie also sold our old home, pictured above on Pioneer Street, she listed it, scheduled an open house, and brought props to stage the house. I think we had 7+ offers that day, we accept one in the first 23 hours it was on the market. I don't know if we ever would have found something we could really make our home without Christie pushing us out of our comfort zone! Thank you Christie!

Christie is over the top in service and knowledge . We made $17000 more over the asking price, because of her input. The staging advice alone was amazing. She even babysat the house we were selling after we had moved. I would hire her again

Christie was an outstanding realtor for us who made our dreams come true. Any hiccup we encountered she fixed everything and made it right. She worked very hard for us and we couldn't be more happy to have her and would recommend her to everyone!

I found a post on fb asking if anyone was selling, and I responded. The woman wanted the house and so I had Christie handle all the official write ups and legal items. I got the asking price and Christie helped out a lot by finding some people to fix some of the things that showed up in the inspection. She worked hard to help me get the house sold. It was a stressful time in my life and Christie was able to make it a little less stressful.
