She was able to share the bike routes from each of the houses and recommend good restaurants from all sorts of cuisines which really elevated our first impression of the city and helped us acclimate faster. Beyond her amazing initial welcome, Danica made everything so much easier. She was extremely well connected in the area and that network meant questions about mortgages, electricians, plumbers, general contractors, and more were easily answered and any necessary services scheduled immediately. Danica went far beyond what a normal realtor does for clients. We moved from out of state and had the best experience because Danica made the process so easy for us. We only had a couple of days to look at homes in person so Danica pre viewed homes and FaceTimed us so we could see them and get her opinions about the homes so we didn’t waste time once we got to town. When we arrived in town Danica showed us what we wanted to see and helped us get an accepted offer on the home we chose. She helped line up inspectors and once closed, helped us line up and schedule contractors to make improvements that we wanted. She could have left us on our own once the property closed but she hung in there with us until we were completely happy with our new home.
