Beyond her amazing initial welcome, Danica made everything so much easier. She was extremely well connected in the area and that network meant questions about mortgages, electricians, plumbers, general contractors, and more were easily answered and any necessary services scheduled immediately. She was extremely prepared to act in our best interests, asking questions and taking the initiative to share information with us that we didn’t even know we wanted to know. If we go through this process again, we definitely want it to be with Danica again, we wouldn’t trust anyone else to guide us as well as she did after working with her. Danica was a great agent to work with. She was able to get my house sold within a week! She is very knowledgeable in real estate and familiar with the Michiana area, was helpful in connecting me to local licensed contractors, and communicated well through the entire selling process. Danica went far beyond what a normal realtor does for clients. We moved from out of state and had the best experience because Danica made the process so easy for us. We only had a couple of days to look at homes in person so Danica pre viewed homes and FaceTimed us so we could see them and get her opinions about the homes so we didn’t waste time once we got to town. When we arrived in town Danica showed us what we wanted to see and helped us get an accepted offer on the home we chose. She helped line up inspectors and once closed, helped us line up and schedule contractors to make improvements that we wanted. She could have left us on our own once the property closed but she hung in there with us until we were completely happy with our new home.
Danica is a joy to work with. We found her through our buying agent on our new house when we needed a realtor to sell our old house. She was great at explaining the process to us, as we had never sold a house before. She came over to see the house and worked out a timeline for us that would best suit our needs. When we closed on our new house that was 3 hours away, she was amazing and caring enough to go to our old house and check on our cats for us while we were preparing the new house to move them to. Our house sold within 3 days of listing with Danica. We could not be happier with our choice in a realtor.
