He knows his trade!
I have trouble putting faith in a stranger negotiating hundreds of thousands of dollars for me. That being said, when it was all said and done, I'm a happy home, or should I say condo, owner.

You must know the particulars of this transaction. I actually had a trip planned Right in the middle of escrow! But I wanted the place, and Christian assured me everything would be fine while I was gone. He emailed documents, I printed, scanned, and returned, all from 7000 miles away. Nothing I'm accustomed to believe me on that one!!! my family and friends thought I was nuts, but once again, he assured me the process could proceed albeit in different fashion.

ONce I returned, we finished up the paperwork, I received the keys, and life went on. Simple as that.

Christian has plenty of experience negotiating, and if you're in a rush, there's a chance you'll add unnecessary stress to the process. He knows his trade, and as I said before, taking on a stranger to handle the task of opening, negotiating, and closing escrow can be stressful. Though I'm just as much a stranger as he, trust me, he knows what he's doing, and will do nearly anything to assure the process for both parties is as smooth as possible. He's reasonable, intelligent, went to law school, and doesn't quit until the task is complete.
