Chris definitely ranks at the top of the list of the quality professionals. When I made it known that I was considering selling one of my properties, many real estate agents contacted me eagerly wanting to be the listing agent. Glowing "endorsements" from most followed soon thereafter. They say "cream rises to the top". It did so rapidly in this transaction as I was able to quickly filter the list down to Chris. He contacted me courteously, professionally and immediately then was able to submit a list of qualified bidders within two weeks even though we had signed a contract for one year. Considering the fact that my requirements were stringent, all cash buyer, no contingencies, quick closing, etc., they were accepted and exceeded. Chris was in contact with me on a daily basis and never made me feel that I was neglected or left in the dark. His knowledge of the real estate market as well as understanding the title and financing part of the transaction was also very exceptional. When I started the process of buying a home, I didn't even think I would qualify. I went to a Century 21 Agent who had a lender to see what they both could do for me. After talking with them extensively, I realized that I didn't feel I could trust them. I had met Christian a few years before when I sold him a car, so I figured I would call him to see of he could return the favor. Thank God I did. The previous Lender stopped working with me once I had Christian help me ask him the tough questions I didn't know to ask.
