Went above and beyond our expectations!

We have worked with Christi for several years and we finally found our dream home. She was always so kind and patient with us. As first time home buyers, it took us a while to decide on a home but Christi was with us every step of the way. We could not have asked for a better realtor and friend in Christi!

We worked with Christi to find our home, and it was no question on who to call 4 years later when we were selling. She's so easy to get in touch with, her communication is clear, and she always is looking out for our best interest. Not to mention she is just lovely and kind which goes a long way. I first met Christi a few years ago. I was looking to buy my first home and had questions about a listing I saw on Zillow, so I randomly emailed several different realtors to see if they could answer my questions and Christi is the only one who responded to me. I was a complete stranger and yet she took the time to find out the answers to my questions and the additional follow-up questions I had. I wound up not pursuing that first house, but a year later when I restarted my house hunt in earnest, I knew Christi was the right choice to be my agent. Over the course of the next couple of years, we looked at several different houses (and almost bought two different ones), but I’m extremely picky and couldn’t find THE one that checked all the boxes. She worked tirelessly to understand my needs and tastes, and always supported me and encouraged me not to settle, even when it meant passing on houses that mostly met my criteria. But where Christi really shined was when I finally found THE one. To say the seller was difficult would be the understatement of the century, yet Christi was able to negotiate not only a great price on the home, but also a slew of fixes/updates that the seller was required to make as part of the sale. However, her work wasn’t done once the contract was signed. Once we went under contract, she helped guide me through the various inspections (including additional fixes/updates for the seller to make based on said inspections) and kept pressure on the seller to ensure the house would be ready for closing. House hunting, especially in Fairfield County, is not always a pleasant experience, but I can’t imagine working with anyone but Christi. She’s so cheerful, calming, and truly understands not only her clients’ needs, but also the insane real estate market in this area. I can’t recommend her enough and even though my house buying journey is over for now, I know we’ll stay in touch for years to come!

She's that good! Our challenge was to find a home without stairs equidistant between the New York and Connecticut homes of our two children and their families. We would only consider a minimum square footage and certain number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a price point in mind that included a low HOA and reasonable taxes. That was before we would even look at a place! Christi was the right person to help us, as she knows the area and the real estate climate and is an available and seasoned professional, quick to respond, pivot, make a move. Christi contacted properties we agreed had possibilities and met us at each one. We saw many places. Her focus stayed sharp, sharper than ours in spotting the good points and the bad ones, and during all these "no sales" she went right back to scouring for new likely places to check out. Needless to say, we got what we wanted, at the price we wanted, and she negotiated with great skill and wonderful high spirits (that kept us buoyed up too). We found her to have a very welcome positivity. The last point, positivity, is of great importance, because the going can get tedious and stressful.
