Starting from when we were introduced to Christa in 2017 by another happy client, we felt her sincere interest and care. She went above and beyond to help us find and get into our Arroyo Grande home in 2018. Then she did the same in 2025 when we were ready to sell that home and downsize after we retired. She also helped us find and negotiate our smaller retirement home in Templeton. She works so hard for her clients and communicates very well. We couldn't have had a better agent experience. She is as much a friend as an agent. She also has awesome client appreciation events! ;)

I was very pleased with the results of the sale of my home in Santa Maria CA. Christa Lowry was very knowledgeable about the aspects of the business and she and her team were very professional to work with.

Chista sent us all the new listings, picked homes we only would be interested in. When we couldn't find anything we liked, we asked her if she would help us talk to the owner of the rental house we had, to see if she would interested in selling it to us. She was instrumental in making a deal with the owner, and we purchased the house!! We were amazed she was able to make the deal. The escrow went very good, and fast. We are very thankful that we had Christa to take care of us during the whole process!!

From our first meeting with Christa and one of her team members, they followed-through on all aspects of the sale. The marketing of the house was outstanding, as was the advice on how to get our home ready for the open house. In fact our home sold one day after the first open house! Thereafter, her team worked closely with us on addressing the inspection report findings and negotiated with the buyer and us on the final closing.

We had an open house on a Saturday and had multiple offers on Monday. Everyone worked tirelessly to close early for us and get us into our dream home! On the buying end, we worked with Allie who was also such a joy to work with. She was flexible with my husband’s late work hours and able to show us homes after dinner or at weekends which meant a lot to us.
