From the initial contact to the final closing I was enormously impressed with her local knowledge, excellent communication, expertise in advising me on listing price and negotiations. I knew what was happening every step of the way, and if I did have a question she was very approachable and communicative. The flat fee commission was a definite bonus, but even without that I would choose to work with Chrissy again!

Long story short, we got $30,000 over what we were asking due to her skills. As we went along, I had plenty of questions and she was always very happy to answer them while being kind & compassionate. I’m sure she’s answered his questions 100 times before but I never got a hint of bored I’m more bothered from her. In fact, the opposite. She’s a great realtor and I look forward to working with her again.
