Chrissy Herrera was very knowledgeable and patient with us. She got a good grasp of what we were in the market for right away. She had no problems meeting us in different parts of the city and even in some suburban areas. Late nights, weekends and even in the rain. She had a positive attitude and kind nature to her demeanor. After quite a few viewings, she told us there were some new builds out Northeast, Weld county area. So, she met me out there several times and gave me a few different models to choose from in the Silver Peaks development. We were sold on get a new build right there and then. Mrs. Herrera handled everything from that point. She kept us up to date on progress and continued to mention different upgrades we could choose from, she was amazing!! We ended up buying a new 4 bedroom 2.5 bath, 2 story beauty!! The paperwork was seamless on our end, except for the closing, which everyone knows they're going to sign a ton of paperwork. She also found us an awesome lender with a fantastic interest rate!! The entire home buying experience with Chrissy was flawless!! The next sale or purchase I make will be with Chrissy Herrera!!

Crissy was very professional but works on a personal level. She was very willing to help resolve problems that might arise and kept everyone informed on all the details. She is a very nice person and I would recommend her to those looking for an agent!!
