I believe that Chrissy went above and beyond, I had the property for sale for over a year with a different realtor, and I got interest, but never even got an offer. After my contract was up with that person, I contacted Chrissy, and within hours of our first contact she had a plan in place to get more interest. I am not sure on how many tours of the acreage(lLOTS of walking hills) she did but kept me informed and in no time had an offer and sold the property.
