I had a great experience working with Chrissy. I was an out of state buyer wanting to move from AZ to PA. I began my search in late 2020 and finally purchased a home with Chrissy’s help in Nov 2021. I almost lost out on the house but she was instrumental in helping me with a last-minute offer. This is the story. I was in PA in Sept. and Chrissy and I looked at 4 houses. I decided to put in an offer in on one of the houses. I contacted my mortgage broker who had pre-approved me twice before. The most recent approval was for a $125K more than the house in which I was interested but the pre-approval had expired. The mortgage broker drug his feet in getting me the new pre-approval and I flew back to AZ without putting in an offer. When I was de-boarding the plane in AZ, I saw a text from Chrissy that there was a competing offer on the house and I needed make an offer ASAP. Just so happens, I check my email, at the airport, and the mortgage broker sent the pre-approval that morning. I emailed Chrissy the pre-approval. I got into an Uber. I Called Chrissy and we discussed how to write the offer. When I got home, Chrissy had prepared the offer and sent it to me for review and E signature. I approved and signed the docs and we submitted. The result was my offer was accepted. I decided to fire the mortgage broker and went with another that pre-approved me in minutes. She is experienced and trustworthy and knows the real estate business in and out. She made the process of selling my home an easy thing to do.
