Very helpful in encouraging me to come to Florida. I had done most of research before coming and knew I wanted Del Webb Lakewood Ranch so we cut to the chase and zeroed in on there. Made it easy for her! Closed remotely. Was helpful with closing and title company. Received a phone call day after arrival. No real welcome or thank you for commission given her. Asked for help with homesteading and only received a link. I would have appreciated a little more time and help. Pleasant and personable though.
