After listing our home for sale with another agent and having limited activity and showings we decided to list with Chrissy. We were not disappointed. She did a phenomenal job marketing with photos, virtual staging and online sponsored marketing videos on social media. I lost count of the number of showings because there were so many. Chrissy was honest with us about the current market and the fact that we needed to put on a new roof and water heater. We did exactly what she asked of us and it was the right move. She got us our asking price in cash! There are a lot of real estate agents out there but not all of them know what they are doing.
