When we moved to Florida in 2020 Chrissy was our buying agent. After that experience we knew if we moved again, she would be our selling agent. Well, we moved again and Chrissy came through again! Just like when we bought, she did a phenomenal job during every aspect of the selling process. Besides being professional, Chrissy is a very caring and thoughtful person. During the process, there's always a flurry of emails going back and forth between the buyers agent and the sellers agent. Chrissy would reply to the sender before we had a chance to ask her what we should do. Love that! Very helpful in encouraging me to come to Florida. I had done most of research before coming and knew I wanted Del Webb Lakewood Ranch so we cut to the chase and zeroed in on there. Made it easy for her! Closed remotely. Was helpful with closing and title company. Received a phone call day after arrival. No real welcome or thank you for commission given her. Asked for help with homesteading and only received a link. I would have appreciated a little more time and help. Pleasant and personable though.
