I selected Chris on a whim thru Zillow as I was searching for homes on the internet. I found his website easier and more info inclusive the most other Realtors websites so during my search I continued to use his. As I lived in Texas and could not come up to Colorado right away Chris was flexible enough to look at homes with my sister as I selected numerous homes to explore on his website. I selected a home that we thought was going to be the one until the home inspector found some problems that were not apparent during any walk thru. Instead of pushing for a quick sale on this particular home Chris wanted to ensure that my family would be happy and comfortable in this new home and we both agreed that it wasn't what I was looking for. I had to come back to Colorado a second time and Chris devoted two whole days to only searching homes with me knowing I had traveled far to look at homes. We must have looked at 30-40 homes and he never waivered to help me find just the right one. His knowledge of the area and the schools helped immensely. We found the home and couldn't be happier. We're so grateful we found Chris! We sold our house in Wisconsin unexpectedly quickly and found ourselves in a situation where we had to move in 6 weeks but didn't have a place to move into. Chris took us by the hand and walked us through every step... he recommended our mortgage broker (who was indeed a rock star), he made himself available 24/7 via phone, email and text to answer our questions and address our concerns, and he brought properties to our attention that we didn't have on our short list. Upon stumbling onto Chris' office in downtown Evergreen, my husband and I knew from the beginning that Chris would find the home for us. Our very first day with him on the home search, he took us to about 15 homes. After making an offer on a home and losing it in a competitive situation, my husband and I decided just to rent and start our search with Chris again the following spring. Less than 2 months later, Chris contacted me with a new listing (I was still living in VA, my husband was here). This listing was PERFECT!
