Chris was nothing short of fantastic. I will recommend him to anyone buying/selling a home. We put our house on the market and got 9 offers in the first weekend ... most were WAY above our asking price! The first buyers backed out unexpectedly but Chris skillfully negotiated with the second buyers and we were almost immediately back under contract. Everything was going along smoothly but then our house flooded just a couple of days before closing. It had never happened before but we thought for sure the buyers would back out since we had to tear out a floor and had water seeping in from the foundation. We were devastated. Chris, however, artfully negotiated the deal and we sold our house as scheduled on the day of closing! We were so thankful we picked Chris... we knew if we'd had any other realtor that the deal would have probably fell through.
