There are so many obstacles and complications to the mortgage process and I was incredibly lucky to have him advocating for me every step of the way. Even after we closed he was still there for me. Chris was nothing short of fantastic. I will recommend him to anyone buying/selling a home. We put our house on the market and got 9 offers in the first weekend ... most were WAY above our asking price! The first buyers backed out unexpectedly but Chris skillfully negotiated with the second buyers and we were almost immediately back under contract. Everything was going along smoothly but then our house flooded just a couple of days before closing. It had never happened before but we thought for sure the buyers would back out since we had to tear out a floor and had water seeping in from the foundation. We were devastated. Chris, however, artfully negotiated the deal and we sold our house as scheduled on the day of closing! We were so thankful we picked Chris... we knew if we'd had any other realtor that the deal would have probably fell through. We closed on another house just a couple of weeks after our house sale and the whole process went so smoothly. Chris is extremely knowledgeable about mountain homes and our mountain communities, is very responsive to calls/texts/emails, was very patient with all of our questions and had lots of great advice for us (for both selling our old home and buying our new one). If we ever sell/buy a house again, I would only want Chris as our agent.

Chris did a terrific job finding me a home. In this very competitive environment I was coming up against numerous buyers at each potential home. I knew it was going to be a major challenge to find something I could afford without stiff competition. Over one weekend I told Chris I needed to find a home basically by next Sunday. He picked up the phone and started calling people who had their homes on the market during the previous season but who had not yet put their homes back on the market for the upcoming spring season. We got lucky and found someone with a great house in the mountains that fit my needs and the seller agreed to go under contract within a week. Creativity is critical in this market, and it is what enabled me to find this home.

My wife and I needed to sell our Evergreen home while living 1,000 mile away in SoCal. We selected Chris based on Zillow reviews. Best decision we could have made, Chris did a Great Job. He made recommendations on repairs and touch ups that would help sell the home and then helped manage the process while I was out of state. I only met Chris one time at the start of the process but knew that we would be in good hands. Once the house was ready to sell, it was 22 days from listing to closing. Chris was in contact with us every step of the way forwarding documents and keeping us informed.
