Chris was simply the best. Not only does he know his way around the details of listing and selling a house, he knows the mountain market. He helped me focus on the right things to get the house ready, produced a rock star listing and had an offer well above asking the first weekend of showings. He was on top of every twist and turn of the offer, answered my many questions promptly and never made it seem like work. He's easy to work with and knows his stuff. If you are buying or selling in the foothils or mountains, Chris will get it done.

After relocating and renting for a year, we knew we wanted to stay in Evergreen and that is why we looked to Chris. Having extensive experience working and living in Evergreen, he has tremendous knowledge of the the town, neighborhoods, schools, etc. It took us nearly a year to purchase a home, partially due to the tough market, but also we wanted to make sure it fit our families needs, was something that we could enjoy for years to come, and was a sound investment. I truly appreciated Chris's patience to get us in a home that worked for us. He worked to find homes for us week in and out and was always first on site to walk it before we arrived to make sure it was even worth our time. Furthermore, he had a great eye for issues or unfavorable locations/land/etc that may impact the value of the home and was honest enough to talk us out of a home that may have been a money pit, which truly shows he is in it for his clients and not to turn and burn. Once we were under contract, he took over and made the process effortless. I highly recommend Chris and was an absolute pleasure working with him.

I felt like he was able to come up with the right asking price through his knowledge of the market in Evergreen. We had an offer the first day on the market and were able to finalize the contract by the next morning. It was a quicker closing but Chris stayed in touch with me and together we made it happen.

This is my first review to write. I've known Chris for many years as he was the agent for our Daughters first home in Evergreen years ago & has been her only agent for many more sales. I was even at the 1st closing with them as my daughter was very nervous. Chris was very open minded about taking on the sale of my deceased Brothers Estate home in Arvada, CO which was way below the standard of homes that Chris normally deals with. Chris performed an analysis of homes in the area & started with a reasonable listing price. The home was viewed quickly & sold faster than we imagined. Chris kept us in the loop the entire time. He has a great personality for sales & was very easy to work with. We could not have asked for a better person to handle this Estate related sale. I was dumbfounded how many 'We Buy Any Home' type folks came out of the woodwork with no consideration of Estate situation we had to deal with. As a first-time home buyer and now seller, I'm so thankful to have worked with Chris on both ends of the process! He's extremely professional and communicative, and knows the market exceptionally well. Having never worked with another agent, I don't have grounds for comparison, but given the opportunity, I wouldn't want to work with anyone else anyway! From start to finish, Chris was on top of every detail. When we decided to put our tiny old cabin on the market, he didn't waste any time getting awesome photos done for the listing, scheduling showings, hosting an open house, and securing us a solid offer within a weekend! This exhausting and stressful process really went as efficiently and as smoothly as possible thanks to Chris. He even took the time to help me appeal the recent tax assessment, putting his expertise of the local market to work. Without his help I wouldn't have even known where to start. And even though our property was on the lower end of the Evergreen market price-wise, it didn't matter at all - I could tell Chris cares very much about all of his clients and works hard to get them the best possible outcomes, as he did in our case. He's fun and friendly too, and at no point in the process did I ever feel like I wasn't in the most capable hands.
