Chris Toogood and Jackie Bechtel and the Toogood Realty team were pivotal in helping me buy this awesome downtown condo. Chris found me the right person for the job and was able to talk the listing agent and sellers into waiting an extra 10 days to close escrow. It really was a great deal, and they negotiated the best price on a 3 bedroom condo anywhere in the Downtown area. I’m thrilled and now we are looking for investment properties together.
