Chris went above and beyond regarding the sale of our home. In addition to his professionalism regarding the sale, he coordinated with contractors for us to give them access to the home (since we were from out of town) and arranged for subcontractors he knew locally do help perform tasks related to getting the house empty for sale. His knowledge of the market was invaluable to us and if he told you something, you could take it to the bank. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to sell a home in the Wilmington area.

Chris is a spectacular real estate agent . He has incredible knowledge of the real estate market and the community in general in the area derived from decades of experience in the market . Combined that with a solid work ethic makes him easily one of the best real estate agents in the area in our opinion. Chris shares incredible stories , whether from his stays in Australia or Africa or from local interactions , making working with him really fun .
