I put my house up for sell on Dec the 6th, I'm not sure of the first open house but I do remember realtor called to tell me we had a bidding war going on and what the highest bid was, needless to said there were no more open houses and I moved by the 28th of January. After speaking several realtors,Cory was by far the best realtor I've ever dealt with. He saw me thru my fears and a few mood swings. Thanks to Cory, I survived the sale of the only home l'd lived in for more than 22 years, thank you Cory for your professional, knowledge, and determinenation.

Chris and his whole team were amazing. They made the process very simple and easy for us to deal with. When you have to sell a home all you can think of was about open houses etc. it is very overwhelming and with Covid-19 we had no idea how this all would work out, but it was great how they notified me of any time there was going to be a showing, even a day or to before which was so nice. I would differently recommend him and the team for both buying and selling.

Very Professional. The drone photos, 3D photos of our home were very nice. Chris has a team of services he works with and orders the pest control, photos and documents to sign via doc u sign., etc. This makes it very easy Our home sold in a week. Chris told us to wait until we absolutely signed to move, which was difficult give the time frame with the buyers and were happy we did as a friend moved before her escrow closed and her buyer backed out 12 hrs before close of escrow.. So wait for it.

Chris and Andrea did an amazing job selling our house in Hemet we had multiple offers and sold 10000 over asking after only 6 days on the market. It was only a 2 bedroom, we couldn't believe it. Escrow closed exactly on time and we had great communication from their staff and escrow throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Working with Chris and his wife, Andrea was such an awesome experience for my wife and I. From their advice on staging the home and their great pictures. To a price which he said would get the home into a bidding war. Sure enough a bidding war ensued with numerous people trying to buy the house. I was concerned with people coming into our house so he had it set up so that only realtors were able to come in with a client who were qualified to purchase. I can't say enough positive things about Chris, Andrea and his team. I actually asked Chris to find a top notch realtor in the state that we moved to. He found her and we were off looking at homes. I had a co-worker call me and I gave him Chris's office number and this co worker sold his home in Chino. If.your looking to buy or sell... dont hesitate to call Chris or Andrea.

Sold one house through the Murray Team and purchased another approximately a year later. Great team that's there for you during and after the process.
