Chris was knowledgeable about the market. We had 27 showings with 17 offers in the first 3 days. Yes, it was hectic, but worth it. We closed in less than 30 days from first going "live". My husband and I were overall satisfied with RE/MAX - The Murray Team. We found that signing all documents online was at time a little overwhelming for us. We were sometimes unsure of what we were signing. The Murray Team was always very patient and helpful when we had to call with our questions. The only issue we had is that there was not enough communication between us "the seller" and the listing agent. A phone call periodically to reassure us that everything was going on schedule would have been welcomed. A text would be another way to reach out. There was some confusion regarding one of the appliances. We were told to take the refrigerator, but on the walk through the selling agent was under the impression that it would remain in the house. We were lucky to be able to purchase one to be shipped to our new home on time for our move. We give RE/MAX - The Murray Team a good grade.

I live on the East coast and engaged Chris because I liked the number of homes he was selling in a short period of time. While I was searching for someone he would call or email me weekly. I signed, there were title issues on the property in California he stayed with me until I cleared the issues up. He got a buyer in a very short time, the buyer was dragging we forced the buyer to make up their mind they bought the house.
