Chris had my condo sold in one day. He did all the negotiations and took care of all the details of the inspection and closing I would highly recomend Chris as he has years of experience in the Phoenix area ans has been one of the top realtors for the last 25 years.

Chris walked into my home, evaluated what needed to be done, gave me options and then he went to work! I think Chris's motto for repairs should be "I know a guy" My home needed a roof- he new a great roofer who came in and did the work quickly and professionally... landscaper, painter and repair people, all the same. It was amazing! Chris went above and beyond by taking care of my pool because the pool people I had hired were slacking. This was the easiest, most profitable home sale I could have ever imagined. Thanks Chris!! I will recommend you to everyone that asks, "do you know a good realtor"

We bought our house with Chris 10+ years ago. Then we sold the same house with Chris this year. We live out of state and he worked like we would be checking on the house everyday. He is action oriented, he has a keen attention to detail, and worked very hard to sell our house. His analysis was right on in terms of pricing. I don't think our house would have sold and the work to prepare it for market would have been done by any other realtor. He made us feel like we were his only client. A great experience.

I don't believe I have enough space to write nice things about Chris Harvey. He was incredible at get my home sold. I have bought and sold many homes. And, by far Chris was the most patient agent. He constantly kept us in the loop and was always looking out for our best interest. I know that our sale was not a huge money maker for him. But, he still treated us with an abundance of respect and class. Chris was also very knowledgeable and guided us through Arizona selling process. I was out of state and that made communication key. So, on communication, 5 star. More agents need to be like Chris Harvey. I hope somehow I can work with him again. I recommend Chris.
