I originally used Chris during the purchase of my home in 2018 - back when times were simpler. The transaction was fast, easy, and smooth. Fast forward to 2022. I wanted to do a simultaneous close on the sale of one home and purchase of another home, right in the height of the craziest real estate market of all time! Chris made it happen, negotiating favorable terms on both sides of the transaction, shielding me from any stress and handling any and all issues that popped up along the way. Will be using him again on a future transaction for sure!
Chris is very good at what he does. He found this house for me to live in, then 20 years later he sold it for me. You can tell he has a lot of experience by the way he has answers for every question you have without hesitation. He is very aggressive at getting things done quickly. Everything went exactly as he said it would. I appreciated the way he didn't sugar coat anything or beat around the bush, just straight forward no nonsense this is how it is attitude. He took care of everything so i didn't have to do a thing. i highly recommend him for all your real estate needs
