Was patient with us. Took his time to help us find the right home. We wound up looking at over 40 homes before we settled on the right one. We didn't think we would find the right home, but we just didn't give up.

When we saw a new online listing in our target area, we knew we had to act quickly, since the market in Portland has been hot. Chris was immediately available and he met us to show the home within an hour. He had an offer ready to present that Saturday afternoon, and it was accepted the next day. There were 4 other buyers wanting to see the house on Monday morning, so it looks like we beat the market and we were able to get an excellent deal on the home. Chris received good feedback from the seller's agent in order to ensure our offer would be acceptable. He also knew a good mortgage lender who provided the loan pre-approval letter the same day, which definitely helped. The process went like clockwork!
