Chole, was professional, knowledgeable and patient. She assisted in the sell of my Mom’s home. It was a great house, but needed many repairs. Chole took care of everything! She got all the quotes, scheduled the work orders and was able to negotiate with the contractors to pay at closing. We had no up front out of pocket costs, which was huge! She made suggestions on how to stage the home, and gave insight into what buyers look for. Within days, we were under contract. Chloe had excellent communication throughout the entire process and was patient when we had questions. She went above and beyond what was required. It’s obvious, Chole loves what she does!
