Chips and his team are the best of the best. I can’t recommend them enough. When there was a ceiling link in the property he identified the source faster than the plumber. And when I wasn’t able to get the property emptied before the closing his team handled it. Most importantly Chip is honest and kind.

Chip is an excellent realtor. I first spoke to him recently on a Friday afternoon, not even sure if it was the right time to sell my villa.
