We met Chip by accident after seeing an open house sign at a condo complex in Gulfport, Florida. He was friendly and accommodating right from the start. We were new to the condo experience and had a lot of questions. If there was a question that he did not know the answer to, he searched until he found the answer. Chip was professional and personal. He kept in regular contact to let me know what he was doing to get my condo sold and returned all calls, emails promptly. He had an extra challenging job since I listed my condo just as the pandemic hit, and so things in the market came to a screeching stop for a little while.
