Picture this. You've been under contract 5 times, yet your current agent just cannot seal the deal. So you take your house off the market and get BOMBARDED with phone calls and mailers from agents and people claiming "I know why your home didn't sell! Call ME!" But then one piece of mail stands out. It has documents specific to your home with a hand written letter. A little old school, yes, but effective. During the first phone call with Chip, he listened to what had happened with our previous realtor. He listened to our concerns, frustrations, and desires. He tells us that he has already driven past our home and checked out the neighborhood and did a visual on our home. He *actually* did his research, not just willy nilly sent us information after our house showed up on the Off Market - Did Not Sell list. Chip then kept the communication lines open through the entire process. We are of the opposite coast while trying to sell our Florida home. This didn't bother Chip and he took his time in the evenings to speak to us in a different time zone. Yes, Chip gets 5 stars on here, but he gets an 11/10 would suggest him, use him again, promote him, etc. Don't tolerate a realtor that isn't getting the job done. Take the next step and use Chip Hall to sell your home.
