We recently closed on the sale of my Mom's condo in St. Petersburg and Chip was an integral part of the process from the early flirting with the idea of selling the unit 6 months ago to actually listing it recently and closing on the property in April 2022. Chip is very knowlegeable, professional and most importantly, flexible. He was always available to talk or text and answer questions or put out 'fires' IN PERSON that arose with small issues at the empty property. He aggressively priced the property and we were very happy with the price we ultimately sold the unit for. I've known Chip for nearly 30 years on a personal level, and it can always be risky to cross the line from knowing someone personally to using them professionally where a large dollar real estate sale is at stake. Glad I took that risk because Chip is a darn hard worker, knows his craft and truly put forth a herculean effort at times to make sure our condo sold quickly and at an excellent price not because he knew me but because it is who he is!
Chip was able to schedule five showings for me on short notice. Once I decided to make an offer, he talked me through making the best offer I was comfortable with. He assisted me with the inspection, HOA and was available to talk whenever I had concerns. I am very happy with my purchase and would use Chip again in the future.

I knew that the sale of my FL condo would be difficult. First of all it was all over the place. Only the real estate was in FL. The Buyers were in VA. The sell was a family trust located in NY whose trustees were in NY and NJ. Nevertheless, Chip got it all put together and brought it to closing in just a few weeks. He was even able to come up with a plumber on the morning of the final walk-through to deal with a plumbing that revealed it self the night before!
Chip was referred to me by my daughter, I knew no one else, so I decided to give him a try. He was so very kind, knowledgeable, and held my hand through the whole process No matter the question, he knew the answer. I had anxiety, he was there to calm it and re-assure me.
