If you believe in God's destiny..you will know Cheryllyn was an angel for the Martin Family. We are retired and have 3 adopted grand babies (all girls). We had a rental and with the girls getting older, we decided it was time to get a bigger house. We were referred by another realtor to Cheryllyn after a few failures in the search. Cheryllyn listened to our needs for what we looked for in a home. One day, a home was located that exceeded standards and the price was right. After touring the house, my wife cried and said this was "perfect". Cheryllyn stayed by us throughout the whole process. She led us through the rounds of negotiations to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end, we had the house that was perfect for us and our family is loving it so far.
