Cheryl is quick to schedule a showing when there were houses in my price range. She learned quickly exactly what I was looking for and she has a brilliant way of seeing the potential in a home. I never felt pressured and I could speak my mind.
Cheryl was more than happy to conduct business with me around my work schedule and on weekends. She went out of her way to share knowledge about the current state of the market with me. She maintained exceptional contact through the entire process. My expectations were met and exceded. Cheryl was such a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
Cheryl listened to my needs and found properties that fit those need! Other realtors were just looking to sell a property and wanted me to fit into their needs. Cheryl was different, and that’s why I will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!
Cheryl is very knowledgeable on the market and very easy to work with. We were very pleased every step of the way.
