Cheryl Pecoraro was a Godsend to me! My father had passed away in September, and we had put my mother in nursing home care back in June due to her advanced dementia. So, I had to sell their Florida home from afar (I live in North Carolina) and needed to do it by the end of the year (2020). Cheryl became my EVERYTHING! She handled SO much -- from spearheading the necessary renovations and repairs to being there whenever there was a Lowe's or Home Depot delivery to doing all of the things a Realtor would normally do (open houses, clever marketing, securing a buyer). And she talked me down from more than a few ledges when the process seemed overwhelming. When the time comes one day to sell my home here in Raleigh-Durham, a part of me will be sad that it won't be with Cheryl at my side. God bless her and her work.

It is my pleasure to write this review on Cheryl Pecoraro... She is a woman of integrity, hard working and will get the job done. I thoroughly benefited from having her in my life - of course to sell my HOMES - but her wealth of knowledge goes WAY beyond real estate... I am a better person since meeting her... and YES she was able to secure buyers for both of my homes. Both of my homes Sold one in Stonecrest and the other in the Villages.

Extremely friendly and helpful, especially since this was our first real home-buying experience and we were unfamiliar with the processes. She made us feel very confident and comfortable, and the entire process was smooth sailing. She was a delight to work with. She listened to our thoughts, ideas, preferences and educated us in areas that we were unfamiliar with and with things we hadn't thought about.
