This is by far the best experience with a Realtor I've ever had. Cheryl goes far above and beyond what is required (I know this because I have been a Realtor). Her knowledge of the area is tremendous. Her communication skills are excellent. I had many questions/concerns and anytime of day I texted, emailed or called, she was available. She gave us updates on what was going on constantly which was much appreciated. She is very versed in the entire process. She made the selling of our house easy. We received multiple offers on the very first day! I would (and will) recommend her to everyone! We plan to use her again in the future to buy a home. I wouldn't go with anyone else. A++
