Cherie was amazing from the beginning to the end. She looked the house over and made some suggestions but nothing that broke the bank. She took some amazing pictures of the property that truly looked professional. She convinced us the house was worth more than we thought and she actually got us $5k over the price she suggested. The house sold in approx. 14 hours. Cherie's communication was outstanding and I really felt she was there representing our best interests.
