Cherie did an excellent job from listing the property through the closing. She knows what the market is and priced the house accordingly. It sold 2 days after it was listed and for more than asking price. She kept us informed all the way from listing to closing. She gave us advice on what to get out of the house and what to do to stage it for showings and how to contact utilities to inform them about the change of ownership. She made sure we had all of the documents for the closing and therefore the closing was fast and easy nothing unexpected came up at the closing. Cherie is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. Cherie helped us through the ENTIRE process of selling our home from beginning to end! She got the best price for us. There were some hiccups in the process, due to the seller's lender. But she knew all the ins & outs to get us through all of that. And she took care of us in buying our present home.
