Cherie was the most pleasant agent that I have dealt with. She was always communicating with my wife and I on every step of the way. She would let us know as soon as a new prospecting buyer was interested. She helped us collected the appropriate documents to seal the deal. She was very patient with the sellers, lawyers and us for the entire sell. When we needed anything she was available, even when she was on vacation. I never realized how much a agent had to do before this transaction. This was a very complicated negotiation, but Cherie made it seem effortless.
