I seriously cannot recommend Cherie enough! She really cares so much about each of her clients and treats you like you are family. She is extremely honest and transparent with every step of the process and does a fantastic job teaching you about the parts of real estate that can be really confusing. I can confidently say we could not have sold our home without her- especially since we put our house on the market at the beginning of the COVID-19 shutdown and needed to sell fast to move out of state for a job opportunity. She made that extra stressful situation feel seamless and took a lot of weight off of our shoulders. She is truly a diamond in the rough of mediocre real estate agents! We wouldn't hesitate to choose her again and recommend her to all of our friends and family.

Cherie was excellent! We are very glad to have met her through her partner in our home search. Cherie was very diligent in all aspects of her role as our real estate agent. Her communication was excellent and she valued our time. If she was running late, she'd let us know ahead of time. Her organizational skills were exceptional. She'd have folders ready for us with all applicable documents and even cold water. She was very aware of the current market status and ran comps for us on the spot and we had in depth discussions regarding the results. Cherie was very accommodating when it came time to make our offers. She was neither pushy nor completely hands-off, instead, she offered advice and asked questions to guide us in our decisions. Cherie was really easy to work with; both my wife and I felt very comfortable working with Cherie. I would not hesitate to work with Cherie again in the future.

Cherie worked tirelessly to find the right home for me. She matched my needs, budget and desired geographical location. She provided resources to me, even when I didn't ask. She accompanied me to meet with inspectors and HOA representatives. She was there to ask the questions that I didn't think of. I have used several realtors in my lifetime and Cherie was the best. She truly had my best interests forefront.
