Cheri and her team member Tom Crowe were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were both efficient, always on top of what needed to be done, as well as knowledgeable and always responsive to us. They listened to our questions and provided the information we needed at every step. They were always pleasant and cheerful to be with. It was a perfect choice for us and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
When we decided to sell our home, we consulted with friends who were familiar with real estate agents in Edmonds. We interviewed several and decided upon Cheri and Tom. Why? They immediately came across as being able to cover whatever might happen -- a 2 person team -- what more could you ask for. As it turned out, we needed both of them in the 2+ months it took to sell and move. Whatever needed to be done, they took care of it or gave us resources to call. They definitely went the "extra mile" for us and truly cared about our moving process. Cheri gets extra kudos for helping us to stay in our home until our new one was ready . An A plus team!
Where do I start? Not knowing anything about the real estate business I knew I'd need someone I could trust. Cheri was recommended by a friend. First meeting was great....Cheri asked for all information she would need to get started. Her whole objective was for me to get the best price for my home, she made suggestions which would increase the selling value of my home. No promises were made, but her suggestions were things that my loving eye of my home overlooked, such as: painting inside and out (fresh coat of paint makes things sparkle), refinishing hardwood floors (getting those scuff marks out made the floors pop), new bathroom mirrors (not a makeover, just new mirrors).....then there were the little things, which as a novice at selling a home I had no idea, but I did everything that Cheri suggested, since she is an expert...,,and when the day finally came to put my house on the market, all I can say is WOW! My house sold in 3 days! (There were so many showings we lost count) With multiple bids offered.....Cheri immediately explained each bid (I had no clue what certain things meant) she suggested which ones to negotiate with and with my approval she proceeded with negotiations. In the end, I was elated with the final results! My final selling price was an absolute delight to both of us! (Way above listing) I attribute it all to Cheri's expertise and knowledge of what buyers are looking for and willing to pay !! As a Seller, I would highly recommend Cheri! And listen to what she tells you about what will make your beloved home 'sparkle and pop' cause that's what buyers are looking for! Would I hire her again? You bet I would! As a buyer and a seller I would highly recommend Cheri!
Cheri is an excellent real estate broker. She is very knowledgable and willing to go above and beyond to help her clients. It was always easy to get in touch with her and would always keep us in the loop during the selling process. Cheri treated us like we were family and made us feel comfortable with selling our house. We completely trusted her during the process and she by far exceeded our expectations. We would refer her to any of our family or friends because we know she would do an excellent job.
We loved working with Cheri and Tom! They were available whenever we needed them and were able to show us houses immediately once they hit the market. When we wanted to settle on houses because we thought it was the best we would find, they were there to make sure we didn't. They knew they could find us our dream home in our budget, and they did!
