In a nutshell - Cheri Neil is a pro and we could not have had a better experience. We purchased our new home and sold our former home (which Cheri also helped us buy in 2008) in a rapidly changing real estate market in the summer and fall of 2022. Rising interest rates had suddenly turned Seattle's red-hot housing market into a much more balanced market, making it tricky to navigate the delicate sequence of buying and selling in rapid succession.
