I was convinced I needed to remodel the kitchen, but she recommended against it, and in the end we sold high without having to deal with a potentially complicated project. She has loyal vendors, like roofers, painters, and stagers, that made an effort to be available for her on our short timeline, when most vendors I tried to get had a long wait time. She always had a positive attitude and was incredibly kind to me while I dealt with a difficult divorce at the same time. She was always quick to respond via phone, text, or email. In the end we sold the house in a week for over our asking price, so there you go!
