We definitely wont ever use her to find a home, nor should anyone use her to rent out their apartment/house. She was incredibly unprofessional when my fiance and I wanted to see a house that was for rent. We had made an appointment to see the house, through email, and when the appointed time came we waited at the house. And waited, and waited. Finally I used good old google to find her phone number and called her. She was very rude and claimed to have never made an appointment with us, and that the house wouldnt be ready to be shown for several days. Which wouldnt have been a problem if she had just contacted us beforehand. It was a 30 min drive there and another 30 min drive back home for us to wait and not see anything.

I have worked with Chelsea on multiple real estate transactions. It is rare to see an agent with such knowledge and passion to get her clients into homes, while creating such a smooth process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or list a home.
