Biography Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, I come from a family of restaurant owners in Martin City. As a young teen, my family moved to Johnson County, and it’s been home ever since. I’m also a proud dad to my daughter, Chloe Camila Van Noy—she’s my biggest motivation and my “why.” Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years in restaurant management, including overseeing multiple locations at once.
