Moving to The Villages has been a 2 year plan for me! I went on a lifestyle visit a year ago & left still unsure. I went back this past June for the month still not knowing exactly what was going to happen! I went to an open house one day & met Charmaine. I immediately felt she was the realtor for me. There was no pressure from her in fact she made me feel so at ease about making the biggest decision of my life! My shoulders dropped about a mile! 😂 About a week later she called me & told me to meet her at an open house. The house was beautiful & she told me that it would sell that day. She was right it got 6 offers that day including mine. She called me & let me know my offer was accepted! 🥳 From that day forward Charmaine has been such a trusted advisor for me. Everything from big to small she has been involved with me on the house. She sent me all the repair pics with receipts & even did my final walkthrough on FaceTime with me as I am from CA. I got a text from her Monday letting me know she went by the house to make sure everything was OK as there was major storms over the weekend! Charmaine is a warrior real estate agent that will go through thick and thin to make you happy and comfortable with all your decisions. She made us personalized key chains and surprised us with a beautifully decorated home when we came back from closing (cake, gifts for our kids, huge welcome home sign, balloons, flowers, this woman thought of EVERYTHING!) I have never, ever, been treated so magically in customer service as I was (and my family) by Charmaine.
