Charlotte was an amazing real estate agent that worked with my wife and I over a year and a half process. Through a couple hiccups. She was always kind, caring and supportive, throughout the entire process of buying a home. She really listened and cared about my wife, and I finding the perfect home for us. She is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Our journey was not typical, negotiating with buyers, as well as sellers. Finding a home, took a turn for something that we weren’t expecting. It’s settled in the most amazing home that we can call home. All thanks to Charlotte. There were ups there were downs, but through it all she remained positive. Her communication was beyond expected. I cannot tell you the amount of times that Charlotte went above and beyond for us. She advocated for us in more ways than one. We will forever be grateful for her. We have our forever home for our family to grow.

Charlotte helped with a very difficult and long distance transaction for us! We had issues with inspectors, Realtors and homeowners with a valley purchase and our 200 mile drive each time we visited the property, she always had a smile, Thanks Charlotte!

Our experience with Charlotte was very smooth. She was very attentive to our selling needs and able to align our property’s value in the area. A buyer arose quickly and the selling transaction was quick and efficient. She helped to ensure all logistics happened and in a timely manner. Her knowledge of the area was a big asset in our process.

We were looking at building lots in a fairly remote development in Mayer and called several Realtors that had lots listed in the area. Most did not return our call which I assume had to do with the small commission an agent makes off of a vacant lot. Charlotte got right back to us either the info. we needed and was just as responsive through the entire process. She was available after hours and on weekends to answer all our questions. She is a true professional agent and a pleasure to work with!

We have had our two Bensch Ranch lots for sale for TWENTY ONE years and Charlotte was the only real estate agent to come through for us---and in within one month of being listed! Our buyer was a real estate developer that offered only about 50% of what we had paid for the lots, but since we were tired of HOA fees, we accepted his offer. He failed to check out various grading fees and just one week prior to close of escrow asked to discount each lot an additional $5,000. We said NO WAY! So he ended up cancelling the escrow on one of the lots. Charlotte was so professional sharing each conversation she had with the buyer's agent and the escrow officer. Escrow closed last Friday and the funds should be in our bank account by the end of today!! Thank you Charlotte! AND you will definitely have the listing for the lot that didn't close escrow in the future.
