I initially stumbled upon Charlotte randomly - I found a property on an internet website and Charlotte was the agent who responded. However, after our initial experience with her, we held on tightly for the extent of our buying experience due to her thorough knowledge of the Northshore "country" market, in addition to her numerous "hookups". f you need someone to clear land, she knows a guy...if you need a guy for remodeling, she knows a guy...etc. This was extremely helpful. We were looking for a large piece of property that was out of the way but still close enough to the comforts of civilization, which can be very hard to find. When Charlotte told me she'd let me know about anything that came up, I told her that I had alerts for anything that hit the market on all of the internet sites. She responded,"Oh - I'm going to get you the ones that HAVEN"T hti the market yet." And sure enough, that's what we ended up buying - a beatiful new house on over 18 acres that had not yet hit the market. I wasn't even going to look at it initially because I originally wanted all cleared land and this one was partially wooded. After some prodding from Charlotte, I decided to look at it anyway and decided the day we saw it that we were buying it. Being newbies to buying a large piece of land, Charlotte also told us all the right questions to ask that we would never have thought of. When any issues arose, she was up to bat to fight for us as buyers. She is aggressive when you NEED aggressive. We would not have found the property of our dreams without Charlotte's help. She's an amazing agent that you want on your side - or more accurately, NEED on your side.

I'm a first time home buyer and went into this pretty much blind. I had no idea what to expect nor how the process went. From the first phone call Charlotte put my mind at ease and it wasn't long after that she gained my trust. She is extremely friendly and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with her. Love love love Mrs. Charlotte! She is super helpful and very energetic. What I like most about her as a realtor is that she will answer and return your calls at any time, not just between normal working hours. I texted her about a house one morning and she was able to get me in as soon as I got off of work the same day. If she hadn't I probably would've missed a great opportunity. That house is now my home!
