Charlotte and her team were always very responsive and settled for nothing but the best. We did a couple of walk throughs together of the house, and she took pictures of everything no matter how little it was. Charlotte communicated with the builder consistently and made sure he got all of the issues fixed before we closed on the house. Charlotte is absolutely amazing and helped me throughout the entire process (from the slab being poured till the house was complete) which I appreciated very much since I was a first time buyer. She is not someone who will force and rush you into buying something, but instead gives you her honest opinion and will make sure everything is correct and how you want it before you close. Again, she is great and I cannot recommend her enough! I will definitely be using her and her team in the future!
